Kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and whole-home cabinetry — drawn, made and crated in Guangdong, then consolidated at our Foshan warehouse with the rest of your order.
Every joinery package is drawn from your dimensions and finished to your schedule. Below is how a project runs — from the first sketch to the crated shipment leaving Foshan.
Send us a plan, a finishes schedule or just photos of the room. Our drafting team produces full shop drawings — carcass layout, door schedules, cut lists and hardware positions — for your approval before anything is cut. Revisions are turned around in 2–3 working days.
Carcass options in E0 / E1 plywood, MDF and moisture-resistant board; doors in 2-pac, melamine, veneer, lacquer or PET; hardware from Blum, Hettich and Grass. We send physical finish samples so colour and grain are approved on your desk, not on a screen.
CNC cutting, edge banding, boring and pre-assembly are done in our partner factories across Guangdong, on production lines we have used since 2014. Every cabinet is labelled to match the drawing set, and we photograph the run before it leaves the factory.
Joinery is crated flat-pack or assembled, then consolidated at our Foshan warehouse with your stone, tiles and sanitary ware — one container, one set of paperwork, one delivery window. Export packing, fumigation and certificates handled in-house.
Every shipment ships with numbered parts, the approved drawing set and a step-by-step installation guide. In Australian metro areas we can coordinate templating and installation through vetted partners, quoted as a separate line item.
Behind every cabinet is a small team that stays with your project: a designer who draws it, a production supervisor who walks the line while it is built, a QC inspector who checks it against the drawings, and an export coordinator who books the container.
Because we own the relationship at the factory gate, we can reserve production slots, hold batch consistency and tell you honestly what is achievable in your timeframe.
Dimensions are checked against the drawing set twice — once at CNC, once before crating. If something does not match, it does not ship.
You see the drawing set, the material list and the production schedule. If a ship is late you hear it from us the day we know.
Batches are reserved and produced together, so a second order twelve months later matches the first.
One project manager owns your job from first drawing to final crate — no bouncing between suppliers.
Drawings, a finishes schedule or just room photos — we will come back within one business day with a budget price and a production slot.
