Both. Trade customers get contract pricing and priority stock allocation once the account is approved. Homeowners are welcome to visit the warehouse by appointment and buy at retail.
Yes — and we insist on it for veined products. Full slabs are on display at our Foshan warehouse and Springvale showroom, and every slab in the current batch is photographed individually.
In-stock material: leaves our Foshan warehouse in 3–5 business days, plus transit. Reserved factory stock: 4–6 weeks. Custom joinery: 60–70 days from signed drawings.
Our zero-silica engineered stone carries Greenguard / NSF certification and a 10-year residential warranty, and meets the Australian WHS zero-silica requirement. Tiles are tested to ISO 10545 (AS ISO 10545 for Australia) and rated for wet slip (P-ratings available). Panels and joinery are E0 / low-VOC. We can arrange third-party testing to your destination market's standard.
Supply-only by default. For Australian metro areas we can coordinate templating and installation through vetted stone and flooring partners, quoted as a separate line item. Everywhere else we supply with full shop drawings and installation guides.
